Primary Responsibilities:
Partner with Human Resournces Manager to develop C&B strategy, structure, policies, procedures incl. proper grading for AJV, salary structure, incentive plan, benefits scheme etc., and ensure the implementation;
To interpret C&B policies and procedures to business managers and employees;
To partner with Human Resources Manager to formulate annual HR budget;
To oversee payroll management, and ensure on-time payment; control overtime in a cost effective manner whilst complying with labor law and local labor regulation;
To conduct annual survey, regular review AJV C&B policies, procedures and make proposals for adjustments in line with market movement and business objectives;
lead HR intitiatives related to C&B when needed.
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree or above;
5+ years relevant working experience in MNC, High Tech. Industry background is preferable;
SAP HR Module operation Experience.SAP.
Familiar with China Labor Law and local labor regulations incl. IIT;
Logic thinking;
Detail Oriented;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with people at all level of organization;
Strong customer service focus and great team player;
Good command of English;
