Main Responsibilities

• Achieve company’s annual sales targetwithin assigned management territory, including financial and customer coverage.

• Lead regional sales team topromote AJV full range of P&C products and solutions in related area.

• Participate in important projects bidding in the region. Have the ability to prepare bidding documents of company direct-sign contract and bidding work. Or have the ability to provide professional support to bidding integrators.

• Develop new partners in their region actively, including resellers and system integrators.

• Influence design institute and end users’ proposal and technical specifications.

• Have deep understanding of customers’ technology requirements. Work with company’s technical support team to develop valuable application programmes to customer. And communicate with customer effectively about these programmes.

• Responsible for business and performance management in the region；provide necessary coach and develop to sales representative for helping them to achieve sales target.

• Provide training to customers in their region. Strengthen their awareness and identity of GE products and solutions.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor degree in electric system automation. Or bachelor above degree of electrical engineering, control engineering.

• More than 5 years sales experience of relay protection device and systemor switchgear, including 2 years’ sales team management experience. Have good relationship and cognitive with regional market customers (users, design institutes, Panel builder, system integrators).

• Have strong ability of understanding customer needs and configuring appropriate application programmes.

• Have strong ability of communication, presentation and demonstration skills.

• Have strong project management skills and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong Executive ability, team management and organize capability.

• Customer oriented and achieve performance targets.

• Have strong sense of initiative and motivation. Ability to learn quickly.

• Knowledge of English, written and spoken.
